Winter Lush List

I haven't compiled a lush list in a while but there are ALWAYS items that I want.
Here's what I've currently been lusting after lately.

eBay Medium Sized Eye Shadow Palette - Almost £5 cheaper than the medium Z palette! My pans collection is growing and after filling up 2 Z palettes (one extra large and one medium - not to mention my Coastal Scents palette) I'm now in need of another! Will the obsession never end? Not likely!

MAC Prep + Prime 24 Hour Extend Eye Base - I've heard nothing but good things about this product. As someone who loves eye shadows but has oily lids I think this product may be the answer to my prayers!

Lolita Lempicka Perfume - One of my ALL time favourite fragrances that I haven't worn in a while so it's time to pick this up for winter.
This has the most unique smell, described as having liquorice and anise undertones but offset with vanilla - this baby is wow!
I would really recommend having a whiff of it next time you pass Beauty Base it is more pleasant than it sounds I promise and lasts so long!

MAC Prep + Prime Highlighter - Peach Lustre - For the first time in my life I have run out of a MAC product. I love Peach Lustre and even though the price hurts (£19.00) I am determined to pick this up again. The peach tone and lightweight consistency help to mute out pigmented blemish marks on my skin for a more flawless finish.

Sephora Bright Future Gel Serum Concealer - After I saw Samantha Vega use this concealer and approve it I knew I needed it. I want something to replace my NARS concealer and I am on the hunt for the perfect, affordable concealer with a wand and this may be it. The only problem is Sephora's location, luckily I know someone who is on there way to the U.S. very soon - time to call in a favour me thinks!

Make Up For Ever Step 1 Skin Equalizer - Radiant Primer - Caramel - Everyone has been talking about the Step 1 Equalizers from MUFE, so much so, I'm now convinced I need them! Caramel is a great primer to bring radiance and warmth to deeper skin tones like mine and believe me I need all the radiance I can get when it comes to winter.

Make Up For Ever Step 1 Skin Equalizer - Mattifying Primer - I love having make-up discussions on IG. The other day whilst posting about my full coverage foundations I got onto the subject of smile lines when I was advised by a fellow make-up lover to try out the MUFE primer to try and get rid of those dreaded smile lines when wearing foundation. So that's what I'm going to do! I've also heard that this is better than the BECCA Ever Matte primer, any thoughts on that?

H&M Cream Lipstick - Hey Day - I have a few products from the new H&M Beauty Line (video coming soon) but I missed out on Hey Day which seems to be the perfect brownish nude for WoC. Will aim to pick this up and let you guys know!

Body Shop Fresh Nude Foundation - Caribbean Mahogany - Body Shop have released foundations in darker shades!!! I am so happy! And upon testing out a quick swatch in store, the shade Caribbean Mahogany as well as the finish of this foundation, seems to be something I feel I will really love!

MAC Eye Brows - Spiked - I'm not really an avid brow girl but I do want my application to be a bit more precise, as my current routine goes something along the lines of:  over fill in brows, create a mess, clean up with concealer. The MAC brow pencil in Spiked looks like it will help me create a more sculpted brow which means less need for concealer.
Has anyone tried this out?

Pixi Glow Tonic - Raved about via the blogosphere, the Pixi Glow Tonic is meant to the be the answer to all of your skin worries. As mentioned above my skin tends to dull down during the winter and just looks tired so I would love to see if this could help to give me a more radiant appearance - not sure how it will, just praying it does!

NYX Highlight and Contour Palette -  (Now available at Boots and Feel Unique!) I have several contour palettes but funnily enough no highlight pans in any of these palettes so if I'm being honest I only want this palette for the price and the banana shade, because if you have banana powder and your wardrobe consists of black items only, you know the struggle!

Have you tried any of the above? Would you recommend them?
What are you lusting over lately? Let me know!

  1. I'd be so interested to try out the Body Shop foundation - they tend to do makeup pretty well. Well done them for releasing darker shades, getting tired of having to spend £30 on a decent foundation!
